PRINTHOT MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. YOU SHOULD PRINT A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM OUR SITE.

This Site is not directed at children. Visitors and authorized customers are required to be eighteen years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3- Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions
The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Alvapareen, its affiliates or other third party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to CarbonlessNcrForms.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to CarbonlessNcrForms.com by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. IN NO EVENT WILL CARBONLESSNCRFORMS.COM BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE. EVEN IF PRINTHOT OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, PRINTHOT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CarbonlessNcrForms.com warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. CarbonlessNcrForms.com makes no other warranty and no actions or words of CarbonlessNcrForms.com or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty. CarbonlessNcrForms.com makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non- CarbonlessNcrForms.com web site, please understand that it is independent from CarbonlessNcrForms.com, and that CarbonlessNcrForms.com has no control over the content on that web site. 5- Indemnification
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from CarbonlessNcrForms.com. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against CarbonlessNcrForms.com based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by CarbonlessNcrForms.com ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold CarbonlessNcrForms.com harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the claim including without limitation; (1.) defending CarbonlessNcrForms.com against any such claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing CarbonlessNcrForms.com for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
6- Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between CarbonlessNcrForms.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. CarbonlessNcrForms.com failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement. CarbonlessNcrForms.com may assign its rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
7- Privacy Statement
Any information CarbonlessNcrForms.com collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored by CarbonlessNcrForms.com.
8- Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will only be used to complete your order. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or used for any other purpose. Rarely, CarbonlessNcrForms.com may send out special notices regarding new features and products available on this site. At your discretion, you may also opt-in to receive special promotional emails which may include discounts and other special offers from CarbonlessNcrForms.com.
9- Right to Subcontract
CarbonlessNcrForms.com shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.

This web site may contain links to other web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are moving to another web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policies may differ from ours.
11- Orders
CarbonlessNcrForms.com reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. CarbonlessNcrForms.com is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to CarbonlessNcrForms.com for printing and/or publication.
12- Design Specifications
All artwork submitted must meet the guidelines as set forth by CarbonlessNcrForms.com. Files which do not meet these requirements will be rejected or corrected at CarbonlessNcrForms.com discretion. Time spent for correcting or conforming improper artwork will be billed at the current rates.
13- Turnaround
Turnaround time for a print job where a PDF or hard copy proof is selected begins once the proof has been approved by you. If you did not ask for PDF or a hard copy proof, turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded. If your job is approved by 10 A.M. Pacific Standard Time, turnaround time begins that business day. For example, a job with three-day turnaround that you approve by 10:00 am Monday will be shipped out to you on Thursday afternoon. Please note: that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be put "On Hold" and your turnaround time will be reset.
Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Our turnaround times are an estimate, and are not to be confused with a guarantee. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

14- Shipping
You need to select one of the shipping options presented to you on the Site. All shipping is currently done via carriers such as FedEx or UPS. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by the carrier. For instance, a product shipped 2nd Day Air and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.
15- Over Runs / Under Runs
Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, CarbonlessNcrForms.com reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run. If an exact quantity is an absolute necessity please contact one of customer service representatives.
16- Quotations / Estimates
Quotation and custom estimates are only valid within 15 days of issuance and after 15 days are subject to change.
17- Cancellations
A request to cancel should be done by email to prevent the job from moving forward in the production process. Cancelation of orders prior to approval by customers requires compensation for any incurred costs, administrative documentation fees, credit card fees and other applicable fees. Minimum cancelation fee is face value of the order or $30. No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after your job has been added to a Press Sheet. Orders cancelled after 30 days are only eligible for house credit.
18- Returns and Refunds
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No refunds.
It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. CarbonlessNcrForms.com is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until CarbonlessNcrForms.com can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. CarbonlessNcrForms.com does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. Please save your work!
19- Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, CarbonlessNcrForms.com and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that CarbonlessNcrForms.com’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
20- Disputes & Venue
In the event of suit regarding this contract, then the only venue and jurisdiction therefore shall be in either the Superior or Municipal Court, as appropriate, of the City of Los Angeles, California.
21- Alterations / Corrections
Client alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Such work will be charged at our current rates.
22- Payment Terms
The user agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by user with an approved payment method. All orders must be prepaid. We will not start working on a print job until we receive the full payment. All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Checks. If you would like to pay by a regular check, your order will not print until the check has cleared.
23- Taxes
All taxes and related assessments levied by any Government Authority is direct responsibility of customer. Unless the customer provides a Certificate of Exemption, the tax charge will be imposed in customer’s bill by CarbonlessNcrForms.com. If, after the customer has paid the invoice, it’s determined that more taxes are due, the customer must remit the additional amount to Taxing Authorities or CarbonlessNcrForms.com if the Taxing Authority has imposed the tax on CarbonlessNcrForms.com.
24- Billing
Your credit card bill will read "Alvapareen"
25- Changes
CarbonlessNcrForms.com may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise.
