PRINTING TURNAROUND
Printing turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on HOLD, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed "in hands" date.
2-4 Business days
All production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 10:00am PST will be ready between 5:00pmPST the 2nd business day after receipt and 5:00pm PST on the 4th business day after receipt.
4-6 Business days
All production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 10:00am PST will be ready between 5:00pmPST the 4th business day after receipt and 5:00pm PST on the 6th business day after receipt.
8-10 Business days
All production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 10:00am PST will be ready between 5:00pmPST the 8th business day after receipt and 5:00pm PST on the 10th business day after receipt.
Please be advised, during the holiday season our standard printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional (1) one business day due to an increase in volume. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
